In February we moved into our beautiful new condo thanks to the help of Mr. Stephen McNiel. We are first time home buyers, a one car family, and very pregnant. Mr. McNiel was always available to drive Mellie around and answer our questions at all hours of the day. He was patient and helpful. He knew what we wanted and brought the perfect place to our attention efficiently. We never felt like we were being pushed...just helped. We have already recommended him to our friends who are in the moving stages of their life. The home buying process was not at all stressful as we thought it would be and we know it is because of Mr. McNiel's guidance.
